Ana’s experience encompasses a wide range of fields, from the tourism sector, as a General Manager of JAT-Airways Malta, to the educational department working at Middlesex University Malta.
Her career in the Airline business gave her years of experience with in-depth knowledge of administrative operations and airline management; knowledge in personnel management, interpersonal and communication skills making clients experience the best aviation hospitality services possible.
Ana’s working experience in Middlesex University was in synchronization between the International students and University in various spheres throughout the academic year e.g.
Organizing orientation, social events, cultural tours as part of the marketing promotions. In addition, Ana was PA to the interim head of Campus.
In 2016 Ana joined STC Higher Education. Her role was Sales and Business Development Manager, and also Human Resources Manager.
Since 2021, Ana is holding the role of Head of Institution.
Ana has a Master Degree in International Management (MSc), Bachelor of Science Degree in International Management (B.S.) Advanced Diploma in Economy & Tourism, and Diploma in Fine Arts and Mediterranean History.

Marvic has a Bachelor of Education Degree in Mathematics and a Master Degree in Access to Education, with a specialisation in Culturally Responsive Teaching. Her education includes two years at the United World College (UWC) of the Adriatic in Italy and a total of seven years of studying business-related subjects. She has now been teaching for twenty years at various levels within the Education system in Malta, occupying various roles, including that of Head of Department and Mentor. She is very active within the UWC community and actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional development. She joined STC in 2018.

Steven was born in Malta in 1983.
He graduated with honours in Psychology in 2006 and later went on to read a master’s degree in Information Technology (2009), both at the University of Malta. Engaged within the education sector since 2008 his experience within the domain spans across different institutions as well as educational levels. In 2014 he successfully managed to complete his PGCHE from Middlesex University, where he is currently appointed as lecturer and academic programme coordinator. Steven is also actively involved within the web and software development industry both as freelancer, and more recently as partner at Pickleseed Ltd.
As of 2010 he has been actively involved at STC in various roles, most recently serving both as tutor and course leader, providing input and support within the computing stream.

She got her Ph.D. in Tourism Management and Cultural from Saint Joseph University, Beirut. She is an Experienced Lecturer with more than 16 years’ experience at several Universities in Lebanon, Malta and UK. She is currently Business academic Leader at STC.

Alessandro has been working in the education industry for over 20 years. Qualified in Digital Marketing by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, he also lived in the UK for an extensive period of time where he studied and worked in the language education sector holding Marketing and Sales positions at various language schools. In Brazil, has occupied the position of managing director of a student exchange agency for over 10 years.
Living in Malta since 2019, Alessandro joined STC in March 2022 as the Administration Manager.

Owen holds an MA TESOL from the University of Brighton and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University. He has been involved in education for over 17 years, having started off in EFL prior to moving on to higher education. Apart from teaching he has held various positions both in Malta and abroad, including Head of School and Registrar. His main areas of interest are leadership and professional development.

Matthew Pace was born in Malta. He attended Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School as part of his education. Matthew joined STC in 2016.
His current role is an Administration Officer. His experience, working in catering for three years and in sales for ten years, have made him a valuable member of the team supporting the management department in different administration tasks.

Helen Ibe is from the Southeast Nigeria. She obtained her first-degree qualification in BSc Hons Business Administration from the university of Lagos. She went further to acquire her master’s in International Business Management from Middlesex University Malta campus.
She has been working in the education sector since 2009 till date in both the administrative and marketing department. She has ample experience working with students in guiding them through a successful academic time. She currently works in the sales and marketing department at STC.
