This Module introduces the basic concepts, skills and techniques of individual (life) coaching, and combines this with enhancing your knowledge about Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD). This course specialises in teaching basic coaching skills that can be beneficial for adults with ADHD in your work environment of mental health services, human resources, higher education, etc.
Entry Requirements
The course is accessible through a selection procedure only. Suitable only for professionals with at least a level 6 MQF education, basic knowledge of ADHD and minimum 2 years social work experience. Examples: nurses, social workers, job and sports coaches, counsellors, psychologists, etc. Course is held in English ( O level English required).
