Mr. Adel Mizzi
Director
Adel was born in Malta. He attended St. Edward’s College Malta as part of his secondary school education.
He graduated with BSc Honors Degree in Information Technology & Networking and also holds a Master Degree in Business Information Systems Management (MSc) from Middlesex University Malta.
This course has a unique focus on the quality management process of implementing and maintaining systems, as well as focusing on the strategy, legal and regulatory implications of information systems. Adel is one of the directors of STC Higher Education, also working as a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Ms. Ana Pace Bonello
Sales & Business Development Manager
Ana’s experience encompasses a wide range of fields, from her role as a General Manager of JAT-Airways, to working at Middlesex University.
Her career in the Airline business gave her a wide spectrum of management. Her duties included handling flights, ticketing and managing accounts. Ana’s working experience in Middlesex University was in synchronization between the International students and University in varies sphere throughout the academic year e.g.
Organizing orientation, social events, as well as guiding cultural tours as part of the marketing promotions. In addition, Ana was PA to interim head of Campus.
Currently, her role is a Sales and Business Development Manager and she also handles Human Resources.
Ana has a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Management (B.S.), Master Degree in International Management (MSc), Advanced Diploma in Economy & Tourism, and Diploma in Fine Arts and Mediterranean History.

Ms. Vanessa Oliveira
Administration & Academic Manager
Vanessa graduated in Social Education BA (hons) in 2006 and started her career as a social educator in an institution catering for social integration at different ages (elderlies, children).
Between 2013 and 2018, she developed her career in the Maltese private health sector first in a Physical Rehabilitation Clinic in Malta (a partnership between Care Malta and Saint James Hospital) and later within Saint James Hospital International. These years gave her an extensive experience in the administration area and a holistic approach in providing concrete and effective support, with a focus on patient care.
Her commitment with voluntary work, also at the international level, facilitated Vanessa to acquire a deeper knowledge of foreign cultures and stronger organizational skills.
In 2018 she has completed Master Degree in Social and Health Care Leadership and Management (MSc), which consolidated her professional development at different organisational levels and developed new skills guided by evidence based practice. She joined STC in September 2018 as Administration and Academic Manager.

Mr. Matthew Pace
Administration Officer
Matthew Pace was born in Malta. He attended Giovanni Curmi Higher Secondary School as part of his education. Matthew joined STC in 2016.
His current role is an Administration Officer. His experience, working in catering for three years and in sales for ten years, have made him a valuable member of the team supporting the management department in different administration tasks.

Ms. Marvic Francalanza
Academic Leader – Business School
Marvic has a Bachelor of Education Degree in Mathematics and a Master Degree in Access to Education, with a specialisation in Culturally Responsive Teaching. Her education includes two years at the United World College (UWC) of the Adriatic in Italy and a total of seven years of studying business-related subjects. She has now been teaching for twenty years at various levels within the Education system in Malta, occupying various roles, including that of Head of Department and Mentor. She is very active within the UWC community and actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional development. She joined STC in 2018.

Mr Steven Camilleri
Academic Leader – Computing School
Steven was born in Malta in 1983.
He graduated with honours in Psychology in 2006 and later went on to read a master’s degree in Information Technology (2009), both at the University of Malta. Engaged within the education sector since 2008 his experience within the domain spans across different institutions as well as educational levels. In 2014 he successfully managed to complete his PGCHE from Middlesex University, where he is currently appointed as lecturer and academic programme coordinator. Steven is also actively involved within the web and software development industry both as freelancer, and more recently as partner at Pickleseed Ltd.
As of 2010 he has been actively involved at STC in various roles, most recently serving both as tutor and course leader, providing input and support within the computing stream.
