This course is designed for students wishing to embark on a professional career in business and management. It will help you develop analysis and evaluation skills which can be applied to real-world situations. You will develop your knowledge and understanding of the various functional areas of business, including management, marketing, human resources, finance and operations management within a global context. You will also be equipped with the skills required to be successful in business, such as entrepreneurship, digital literacy, collaborative working and communication skills.
Having completed this course, you will be able to effectively apply a range of management and business theories and practices in an entrepreneurial and innovative manner.
Entry Requirements
For Level 5 entry:
· Level 4 Business/ management award
or
· HNC (Higher National Certificate) level Business- This is equivalent to the first year of a degree Program
Or NCC Diploma in Business Year 1
English Certification–
Wolverhampton English Proficiency Exam – 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any component
International English Language Testing System (IELTS)– 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any component
Online Pre-sessional English and Academic Skills –5.0 & 5.5 entry from the University of Wolverhampton
If you have not obtained the correct IELTS / WEPE score for your degree course, you may wish to join one of our online Pre-sessional English & Academic Skills language courses first.
The new online pre-sessional courses will help you to improve and develop your English language and academic skills and will prepare you for your degree programme at the University of Wolverhampton
Test of English as a Foreign Language) TOEFL– 79 overall with no less than 19 in all four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
IGCSE English as a First Language (Cambridge) – Grade C with minimum B2 in all components Supplementary Certifying Statement showing CEFR breakdown must be provided by candidates
